Architectural unity, the expression of the entire complex and the campus-like embedding of existing buildings into Girtannerpark are the guiding principles driving the design of the new seminar building.
The powerful cubes which boast a highly vivid, three-dimensional quality also facilitate a new kind of architecture that is as bold as it is sculptural. In line with historical preservation that also pushes design boundaries, the new building both refers to and shows consideration for the existing structures. It includes key elements, such as clear proportions and stone or mineral materials, and takes them further.
